Corporate social responsibility generates love for the brand . Csr initiatives generate a lot of employee participation and pride. We love helping others especially people around us who are having a hard time. We also love to let others know that we are helping. And when we apply all these rules magic happens and extraordinary things happen. For example we asked for the design of a t shirt that represents the community and of the stores participate. We asked them to help us design the stores' children's play area and they participated with spectacular designs. The winning proposal is already being tested in a pilot store.A group of salespeople meet at in the morning in the store to inspire the rest of their colleagues to sell the new collection. With an almost professional result they film a fashion video clip in which they are the models. Salespeople massively participate in a knowledge Graphics Design Service competition challenging unknown colleagues to see who knows the most about the company's products or services. Store teams help marketing improve some products through their suggestions based on day to day experience with customers.

The teams collaborate with local associations to improve the employability of young people at risk of exclusion organizing sessions in which they advise them on how to do well in interviews and even invite them to do internships in their stores. of the stores participated voluntarily and that the community of madrid has just given them a prize for this initiative. All these examples show that when we do things with a twinkle in our eyes when we put passion into what we do when we feel part of a team share the brand's values and let our emotions flow.We obtain great results.
